As a Care Provider, you will create a detailed profile to help people looking for care find you. Those people will then reach out via email to discuss the position they are looking to fill.

In order to use Supportal to find care providers you need to register. It is free to register and take a look around the site. If you wish to contact care providers you need to pay for one of our membership packages.

Yes. We realize that many people who are care providers also often need to find other care providers for their own family members. You can register as both at the touch of a button on the registration page.

You just need to go to the login page and under the password box is a forgotten password link. Click it and follow the instructions.

Use the login button at the top (right) of this page, log into your account using your email & password, then using 'My Account' menu option you cancel your membership.

Check fewer filter options on the search and check back daily for added providers. Remember - right now Supportal is a new service so care providers are registering daily.

We encourage you to ask for background checks, proof of degrees and qualifications and references. Supportal is not responsible for validating this information.

When utilizing Supportal as a care seeker, you can search for temporary staff, substitute staff, holiday staff, specialists etc.

Unfortunately, it is up to individual care providers to choose whether to respond. Supportal shows you available providers and once you’re a member, we enable you to contact them, but from that point it’s up to the provider.
