What Do I Have To Do?

The great news- if you’re using self-direction - is that our plans can usually be reimbursed by your FI. That means you could get ALL the benefits of Supportal absolutely FREE.

Sign Up here or use the button in the main menu options. You’ll need to enter your email address and zip code and then you’re in. You’ll be able to look around and see available providers for your neighbourhood. To contact providers, you’ll need one of our affordable plans. Click the BUY NOW option under the one you want and follow the instructions. Then you can ask your FI for reimbursement.

How Do I Get Reimbursed?

It’s super simple. Choose one of our pricing plans – one month, three months, yearly* and pay with your credit card. You can download/print your invoice from within your Account on Supportal. Submit the invoice to your FI using the staffing budget code and they should reimburse you.
